Girls go Snowboarding in Banff
Just as the season was about to end at Mount Norquay, the girls went out for a snowboard camp with Joanna and the crew and had a great time. If you ladies think you want to get your boarding moves upto another level than try this snowboard camp for size.

Now we get some great powder that comes down, but we don’t always share this news . Why, ell we think everyone already knows! How dumb of us eh. Banff Mountain Biking 1995
Now here is a blast from the past, 1995 a video of mountain biking done by a few locals guys at the time. This was on you tube posted by the original guy who shot it Kimon. Mountain Biking is a very popular activity which most of the locals participate in and visitors as well. The trails are fairly well kept and go from easy to difficult. Many rental shops exist and getting to the trail head is usually a short distance from most bike shops.
